The Rev. Dr. Joseph Mok is the Founding and Senior Pastor of the Evangelical Free Church of China (“EFCC”) Victory Church in Hong Kong and an adjunct faculty member of the Hong Kong Baptist Theological Seminary. He planted and pastored churches in North America and Hong Kong. Twenty years ago, he began urban ministries among the triads and “organized crime” members, focusing on building a non-conventional framework relevant to this community, and discipling both members of traditional and non-traditional churches. Joseph has also been active in serving in the EFCC Standing Committee.
Joseph studied Psychology at the University of Toronto, completed his MDiv at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and earned a Doctor of Ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary. He is currently pursuing a PhD in educational studies at Talbot School of Theology, Biola University. The Rev. Dr. Mok is married to Dr. Ann Ling Mok, and they have two children. He is gifted with an adventurous and innovative spirit, enjoys photography, movies, and drawing funny cartoons.
