Learn about Modern Slavery from the perspective The Mekong Club, a non-profit organization dedicated to collectin and sharing relevant information to inform business decisions, promote education and training, and contribute to the development of tools to help prevent and address modern slavery. The Mekong Club advocates a zero-tolerance approach the problem of Modern Slavery in all its forms throughout the business community in Asia and beyond through partnerships and cooperation.

Speaker Bio

Aman is the Executive Director of Branches of Hope, a local organization who works on refugees/ asylum seekers and human trafficking issues. With more than 15 years programme and non-profit management experiences in various renowned international and local Non-Governmental Organisations, Aman have worked in wide range of programmes including humanitarian and disaster preparedness, community development, education, research and advocacy. With a heart for journeying with marginalised communities and is passionate about fighting for social justice. He has a Master degree in International Development, he endeavours to professional leadership while putting humanity at the centre.
