The EFC All Asia Young Leaders Conference 2019 will be held on Wednesday 16 to Saturday 19 of October.

No. Your ticket provides you a seat in all main sessions, and you are free to choose your seats, in a first come, first served basis. The same applies to all elective workshops.

You are responsible for arranging your visa required to entry into Hong Kong (see this visa requirements to find out more). We recommend that you confirm your registration before booking any flights or accommodation. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss you may incur from flights and/or accommodation booked for the conference.

There is very limited street parking in the vicinity and likely to be time-restricted. There is a parking garage on Waterloo Road. (find out more at Wilson Parking) We recommend that you take public transportation to the conference.
